The additional cost is not a fair balance for the benefits.

If passed it will serve those opposed to the existence of the Senedd further scope to increase calls for it to be abolished.

Wales has a population of around 2m, this reform cannot be justified on the basis of it represents overkill. 

If it's not broken as the saying goes...
